Some questions to ask yourself relating to food…

Do you find yourself confused on what to eat? Do you restrict certain foods because they are deemed “bad?” Do you think about food often? Do you feel guilty with some foods? Do you over exercise to earn your food? Do you swing from eating “clean” to eating “badly”, the restrict binge cycle?

Any of these hit home? If so, the relationship you have with food needs healing.
