Double Chocolate Almond Brownie Cookies

These brownie cookies are full of healthy fats, paleo, refined sugar free and delish. Try them out!!

What you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup almond butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I like the brand Lily’s)

  • 1 1/2 cups Birch Benders paleo mix

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 3 tablespoons coco powder

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 egg

Combine wet ingredients till smooth. Add dry ingredients and form into balls. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 11 mins.
