Erica (she/her) combines her professional expertise and personal experience as a Denver therapist to help clients build emotional coping skills for managing grief, loss, life transitions, and identity shifts. She holds an MA in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health from the University of Colorado - Denver. With hands-on experience in hospice care, Erica is passionate about providing grief counseling in a society that often struggles to support the grieving. She offers a compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and validated. Erica believes in honoring each person’s unique experiences and works collaboratively to build skills and tools for navigating the complexities of life—a journey where joy and sorrow coexist, often painfully yet beautifully. Her approach blends Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, always infused with her personality and sense of humor.

Outside of counseling, Erica is a mom to three young children and enjoys yoga, spending time outdoors, cooking with her partner, and being fully present with her family.
